Our dear father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Truc T. Hua, passed away at home on August 14, 2021 at the age of 100.

Truc was born in China and after growing up there he moved to Vietnam to start a successful import/export business. It was there that he met the love of his life Xuan Quach and together they raised six children. But his true passion was education and he founded an elementary school in Saigon that had over 500 students.

He bravely secured his family and escaped the Communist takeover of South Vietnam and eventually emigrated to the United States. He taught his children the value of education and every one of them became successful and adapted to life in a new country.

Truc and Xuan spent their retirement years traveling the World and also returned to visit their homeland in Vietnam. Xuan passed away in 2015. On August 21, 2021 Truc was interred next to Xuan at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Renton, WA.

Truc will be forever remembered as a loving husband and father who cared deeply about his children and who made an impact on so many through his educational endeavors.

Dear Family and Friends,

Due to the pandemic we decided to keep our Father’s service private only to the immediate family. Now we want to share those moments with you in videos and pictures. We missed having you there and thank you for your kind words of sympathy.
